The Covent Garden Hotel's Saketini – Recipe

For something a little unexpected, try this elegant, martini-style cocktail. It is delicate, fragrant and easy to sip, and matches wonderfully with parmesan chunks.

Serves 1

30ml gin – choose a premium dry gin

15ml Lillet Blanc – a floral and citrus aperitif

15ml sake – a light, medium-bodied one, ideally

Measure the gin, Lillet Blanc and sake into a shaker, add a big handful of ice cubes and stir thoroughly for 30 seconds to cool. Pour into a frosty martini glass and enjoy.
